Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
- Free U.S. Shipping on all orders over $100 (excludes other discount codes).
- Standard shipping rates apply to orders under $100 and will be calculated at checkout.
- Delivery times vary by location and shipping method selected. Most U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package.
International Shipping
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom.
For orders shipping to Canada or the UK:
- Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout.
- The buyer is responsible for all customs duties, taxes, tariffs, and any other import fees that may apply.
- Delivery times for international orders typically range from 7–14 business days, depending on location and customs processing.
Delays & Issues
While we do everything we can to get your order to you on time, we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will help resolve the issue.
